Scooting backwards and hot tubbin!!
Still no crawling for Kellen. He tries really hard but always ends up scooting backwards. We have figured out that Kellen is pretty layed back kid and is kind of lazy. I am okay with that tho because I'm not ready for him to eat whatever he sees on the floor. Yuck! We also went over to Aunt and Uncle Joe and Lynn's house to hot tub and have lunch. We had a lot of fun. They live right on Gull Lake with an amazing view and no mosquitos! Thanks guys for letting us come over and hang out!

First time at the Beach!
Fishing!
All I can do is laugh at this picture of Jason. He was the first one to catch a fish tho.
That's right. I did catch that fish! 25 1/2 inches and about 6 lbs.
We didn't have our camera so the cell phone camera did the job. We went fishing out on Clark Lake in Minnesota. Kellen was wondering what the heck was around his neck but he sure did look cute in his little life jacket! Thanks Jared for taking us fishing! We had a lot of fun.

I am 7 months!!!
Kellen turned 7 month son August 17th. He is a funny boy.
Facts about Kellen:
Won't crawl yet but will get up on his hands and knees and rocks back and forth.
Says "dada" randomly.
Says "mama" when he is hungry or tired.
Can wave hi when you tell him to (nobody believes me but I promise he does).
Still likes to be wrapped like a burrito for bedtime.
Very ticklish.
Teething really bad right now but still no teeth.
Likes to chew on cell phones.
Realized that he can make a mess with his food.
his hand and toes move constantly in circles.
Laughs anytime our dog barks.
Loves sleeping in his crib.
Finally got over the shy stage and loves people.
Happy 7 month Kellen!
Trek to Minnesota!
We drove 23 hours to Minnesota and man it was a long drive in a Uhaul and a tow trailer. The only mishap of our drive was when 2 tires blew out on the tow trailer. That held us up for 2 hours but other than that it was a great experience! We stopped the first night at a friends house in Billings. Then drove the rest of the way the next day. Kellen did so good the whole time. He slept a lot which made it a lot less stressed for us. Thanks Ash and Stu for letting us stay! We really appreciate you guys.
